We’ve now switched on our live warehouse system, meaning you’ll always know what’s in stock—in real time. No more waiting for updated stock lists or dealing with unavailable items after placing your order. If a product is out of stock, it simply can’t be added to your basket. It’s clean, simple, and designed to give you full control when placing your order.

We’ve also moved away from the previous ‘pay later’ setup. Starting today, all orders will follow a streamlined checkout-and-pay process, just like most leading e-commerce platforms. This change speeds up picking, packing, and dispatch—getting your products to you faster and more efficiently.

And because great things come in three’s… we’re thrilled to announce a major update to our delivery policy. The threshold for free delivery has been reduced from £1,000 to just £200. This means faster access to free delivery and more savings for your business.
