Express Delivery Options

For added convenience, our express delivery options allow you to receive your orders quickly and efficiently:

• Orders placed before 4:00pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery.
• Orders placed after 4:00pm will be dispatched the following business day.
• All deliveries are made via DPD from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

We ship our products throughout to UK only

However, certain products may be unavailable to customers in specific regions due to regulation restrictions.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change your delivery address or amend your order, please contact your account manager or our Customer Service team on 0203 693 3816  between 9 am and 5 pm Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays).

In the event of a cancellation, please also contact your account manager.

Missing Items or Incomplete Orders

If you receive an incomplete or damaged order, please call us on 0203 693 3816  between 9 am and 5 pm Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays) to report any issues. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of products which have been opened after delivery due to hygiene reasons. Additionally, on occasion your product may not arrive on time due to courier service issues. If this happens, please contact us for an update and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
