DELIVERY INFORMATION

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays via DPD.
Orders placed and paid for before 2pm Monday - Friday will be shipped via DPD for next working day delivery.

Delivery addresses must match billing information. Track your order via your account dashboard.

Delivery restrictions:

We ship our products to UK only. We refuse any liability for seized goods or additional custom fees. You are responsible for any items once they have left the UK postal system.
We are unable to group two or more distinct orders placed separately and shipping fees will apply to each order.
If any orders are returned by the mail company due to an incorrect address, unfortunately you will incur additional delivery charges in order for us to re-ship your order.

Returns Policy

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

Items must be unused and in original packaging

Returns and refund information

Initiate return contact your salesperson

- A collection will be organised via our courier
- Ensure a note with the order number and account managers name is included within the parcel to speed up the process
- Mark on the outer box - RETURNS
- Upon receival and inspection, a refund will be completed.
