Shipping and Returns Information
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays via DPD.
Orders placed and paid for before 2pm
Monday - Friday will be shipped via DPD for next working day delivery.
For orders up to £200 (VAT included) , shipping costs are an additional £4+VAT.
For orders over £200 (VAT included) , shipping is free.
Saturday Delivery: Orders £0.00–£200.00 (£+6.00)
Standard Delivery: Orders£0.00–£200.00 (£+4.00)
Standard Delivery: Free for Orders above £200.00
Delivery addresses must match billing information. Track your order via your account dashboard.
Delivery restrictions:
We ship our products to UK only. We refuse any liability for seized goods or additional custom fees. You are
responsible for any items once they have left the UK postal system.
We are unable to group two or more
distinct orders placed separately and shipping fees will apply to each order.
If any orders are returned by
the mail company due to an incorrect address, unfortunately you will incur additional delivery charges in order
for us to re-ship your order.
Returns Policy
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unused and in original packaging
REFUNDS AND RETURNS INFORMATION
Refunds and returns policy:
Unopened e-liquid bottles can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Unopened
bottles cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Hardware items are covered within a 30 day warranty and
should be returned back to our contact address; this warranty does not cover tanks or coils.
In all cases of
returns, warranty or faulty goods please contact customer services for a returns authorization number (RMA).
