Orders placed and paid for before 2pm Monday - Friday will be shipped via DPD for next working day delivery.

For orders up to £200 (VAT included) , shipping costs are an additional £4+VAT.

For orders over £200 (VAT included) , shipping is free.

Delivery restrictions:

We ship our products to UK only. We refuse any liability for seized goods or additional custom fees. You are responsible for any items once they have left the UK postal system.
We are unable to group two or more distinct orders placed separately and shipping fees will apply to each order.
If any orders are returned by the mail company due to an incorrect address, unfortunately you will incur additional delivery charges in order for us to re-ship your order.

Refunds and returns policy:
Unopened e-liquid bottles can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Unopened bottles cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Hardware items are covered within a 30 day warranty and should be returned back to our contact address; this warranty does not cover tanks or coils.
In all cases of returns, warranty or faulty goods please contact customer services for a returns authorization number (RMA).
